Maintenance Technician

Job Description
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Inspecting equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
- Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
- Managing heating, cooling, and air pressure systems to guarantee functionality.
- Planning and scheduling repairs.
- Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Performing general maintenance tasks.
- Helping develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
- Maintaining inventory records for equipment and supplies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree, mechanical, EEE/ Diploma in mechanical
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge of maintenance of chiller, pumps, gearboxes and compressors
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Knowledge of control panel maintenance, and electrical connection diagrams.
- Knowledge of equipment condition monitoring and HVAC systems.
- Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- RO plant Maintenance, Chemical dosing systems
- Plant utilities maintenance
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be well-organized and can prioritize tasks.
