The Role

?? Technical Skills 60% Electrical / 40% Mechanical expertise Proficient in: Troubleshooting (electrical & mechanical) SCADA systems, sensors, and automation technologies Panel wiring, switchgear, transformers, and circuit breakers Bearings, gears, belts, chains, pumps, couplings, and conveyors Use of mechanical measuring tools Root cause analysis and basic mathematics Familiar with: ISO, GMP, HACCP, QMS, 5S, TPM, and Kaizen methodologies Strong awareness of occupational safety standards ???? Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging machinery Troubleshoot breakdowns to minimize production downtime Support installation, calibration, and compliance with safety protocols Coordinate with Engineers and Production Supervisors for smooth operations Promote continuous improvement and cost-effective maintenance practices Ensure adherence to SOPs and OSHA safety regulations



Requirements

???? Educational Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering ITI or Vocational Certification in Electrical/Automation ???? Experience Requirements 3-5 years of maintenance experience in FMCG or food manufacturing industries Hands-on expertise with Linear Meshpack (Doypack) packaging machines.
