Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in air conditioning systems, duct cleaning, and general maintenance work including electrical and plumbing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of AC systems (split, ducted, central)
- Conduct professional duct cleaning using proper tools and techniques
- Handle electrical troubleshooting and repairs (switches, sockets, lighting, etc.)
- Perform basic plumbing maintenance (leaks, blockages, fixture installations)
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks for residential and commercial clients
- Respond to service calls and complete jobs in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE as a maintenance technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and duct cleaning procedures
- Familiarity with basic electrical and plumbing maintenance
- Valid UAE manual driving license preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and with a team
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
