Maintenance Technician / Handyman.

We are a Holiday Homes company.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician / Handyman to handle daily maintenance and repair tasks across our properties.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong hands-on skills in plumbing, basic electrical works, and furniture repairs.

Responsibilities:

- Perform minor plumbing works (leaks, faucets, toilets, fittings)

- Handle basic electrical tasks (lights, switches, sockets, fixtures)

- Repair and assemble furniture, doors, cabinets, hinges

- Attend maintenance requests across multiple apartment locations in Dubai

- Inspect apartments and identify maintenance issues

- Report major issues requiring external contractors

- Maintain tools and ensure clean, professional work

Requirements:

- Proven hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or handyman

- Practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and furniture repair

- Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site

- Valid UAE driving license

- Ability to pass a practical skills test during interview

- Valid UAE residence visa and Emirates ID (preferred)

Nice-to-have:

- Experience in Holiday Homes, hospitality, or residential buildings

- Experience working across multiple properties in Dubai

Working Hours - 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. 1 day off per week

Salary range: AED 3,000 - 3,500 per month (based on experience), probation period applies.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview including a practical skills test to assess technical competencies.
