Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area. Engage with customers warmly, taking their orders and ensuring a pleasant experience. Manage inventory, stock supplies, and maintain equipment in good condition. Suggest beverage pairings and recommend menu items to customers. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a hygienic workspace at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Coffee Barista or in a similar role. Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, techniques, and latte art is a plus. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Driving license
