Job Description
Electrical Maintenance:
Perform maintenance of electrical systems, including replacing light bulbs, sockets, and cleaning or repairing circuit breaker panels. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to ensure continuous functionality.
Equipment Maintenance:
Conduct preventive maintenance and servicing to optimize performance and efficiency of equipment. Replace or repair faulty components and ensure proper operation of machinery.
HVAC and Refrigeration:
Assist in the setup, maintenance, and repair of ventilation, heating, and refrigeration systems. Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues to maintain environmental comfort.
3-5 years of Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
Plumbing and Heating Systems:
Maintain plumbing systems, including inspecting and repairing leaks, clogs, and other issues. Ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
General Repairs:
Perform manual repairs as needed, including fixing locks, replacing windows, and other minor fixes. Conduct carpentry, painting, and other upkeep tasks to maintain facility standards.
Facility Maintenance:
Conduct general upkeep procedures and perform tasks assigned by management. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality across all areas of the facility.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
