Maintenance Technician

Job Description
:
? Reading Blueprints, Electrical Drawings and Control Diagrams to assist and plan for trouble shooting.
? Perform fault analysis of Electrical & Electronics components such as transformers, controls, control panel, PCB, Motor, sensor, contractor, and circuit breakers.
? Basic Knowledge of PLC, Drives, Servo Motor, VFD Etc.
? Checking, operating, and troubleshooting of Machine accessories Thermal transfer Printer, Ink jet Printer, Check weigher, Fire Pumps, and screw air compressor etc...
? Strong Problem-solving skill for Electrical /Mechanical/Building related Maintenance and Spare Parts request knowledge repairing and maintenance works.
? Selecting appropriate replacement parts and troubleshooting problems by using the correct procedures.
? Understands and follows all plant safety works,
? Capable to Daily routine work of break down & Preventive maintenance Individually and Problem-solving skill.
? Daily update of break down register / KPI / Weekly +Monthly +Yearly check list report,
? Knowledge of Computerized maintenance management system.
Need to work in the weekdays & continuing the working hours to complete the breakdown
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
