Thank you We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Team. Responsibilities will include: Office painting Basic Carpentry and plumbing Basic trouble shooting and Electrical works Light replacement and light fitting repair Good in Cabling management Work with contractor for major jobs Monitor the work of contractors Responsible to maintain the 5Star appearance of each floor Purchase materials and spare parts to be use Work Schedule / Day off: 3PM - 12AM - weekdays 10:00 AM to 7PM - Weekend Wednesday and Sunday - Day off



Requirements

STRICT REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in MEP, carpentry and general maintenance Valid UAE Driving License QUALIFICATIONS: Good communication skills Organization and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Servcorp is one of Australia's true success stories.
