Job Description
Role : Maintenance Technician
Location of work : DIP1, Dubai
Salary : AED 3000 to AED 5000
UAE Driving License : MANDATE
Key Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery, HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and structural components to prevent breakdowns.Repairs & Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues in equipment and facilities. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
Equipment & Systems Maintenance:
Service, repair, and maintain production equipment, tools, and building systems in accordance with manufacturer and company specifications. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including service reports, equipment logs, and parts usage. Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety policies and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA). Conduct safety inspections and report hazards. Manage maintenance supplies and tools inventory. Request replacements and ensure tools are maintained in good working order. Work closely with other departments such as production, quality, and operations to support continuous improvement and minimal downtime.

Proficiency with hand and power tools
