for our Holiday Home Company.

You will perform majorly day to day home based maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, painting.

Requirements

Skilled and experienced in electrical, plumbing, painting, gypsum board We need person who has experience in water heater replacement, ceiling, electrical, lighting, paint, plumbing, drainage, AC works, any wash room water leakage Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, etc. Respond promptly and efficiently to service calls from clients. Install and repair fixtures, and equipment as needed. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Drive company vehicle to job sites and transport equipment and materials as required.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of all properties to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Perform or coordinate routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and general upkeep (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, etc.). Schedule preventive maintenance and ensure minimal downtime for any repair work. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and management. Keep records of maintenance tasks, costs, and supplies used. Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment and place orders when necessary. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Provide reports and updates to management on maintenance status.
