Position: Maintenance Technician

Salary: AED 2,000 - AED 3,000 (Accommodation Provided)

Visa: Candidate must have their own visa.

Location: Dubai

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to handle all maintenance-related tasks for our apartments. The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot, repair, and ensure all facilities are in top working condition, maintaining a high standard of living for tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general apartment issues.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure everything is in working order.

- Handle emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.

- Maintain records of repairs and upkeep schedules.

- Work independently and take responsibility for all maintenance-related duties without supervision.

- Ensure the apartments remain in excellent condition for tenant satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in maintenance work, preferably in residential or real estate settings.

- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.

- Ability to diagnose and fix maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.

- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of handling tasks independently.

- Experience in managing multiple apartments is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
