Scope of Responsibilities Reporting to the Housekeeping supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will have the following duties and responsibilities*: Daily Responsibilities - Handling basic repairs such as flooring repair, electrical repairs, wall painting or repairs, furniture repairs, UV Sterilizers, Hot Cabbie, Vacuum Cleaner, UV Nail Lamp, and Be Relax Demo items. - Receiving enquiries and answering them as soon as possible, the results will be invisible to the customers. - Responsible for finding the damaged materials to be fixed. On daily basis inspect and repair all damages to Spa appliances equipment* such as Loungers, Massage chairs, shelves, cabinet etc. - Responsible for finding a long-term solution to repair the damage occurring in the spa - Coordinate and assist with cleaner in any cleaning requirement of spa area. - Report any maintenance needs to Housekeeping supervisor. - Make sure the tools are always tied up in storage and invisible to the customers whenever inside the shop. - Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing the silicone sealant of the shower and fixing light bulbs, table screws etc. - Maintain, service, clean, and properly store the equipment. Perform other related duties assigned by cleaner/housekeeping supervisor during their day off. - Assisting/preparing / delivering stock items from BRME to the shops - Assisting / preparing / delivering towels between concourses - Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations. - The Maintenance technician will be in touch with the customer and assist them to connect with our therapist when required. Academic Education & Background High school or any graduation 1+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Maintenance or MEP( basic knowledge) Language : English required Shifts : Working early mornings, late evenings, nights, and weekends required Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
