Take ownership for productivity

As a Maintenance Technician, you will support the production of our unique non-metallic piping products. You will become an expert in monitoring the maintenance and stability of our cutting-edge equipment. You\'ll be part of a collaborative team providing full life-cycle maintenance to providing enhancements to increase up-time and availability.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Executing Plant\xe2\x80\x99s Breakdown & preventative maintenance activities
• Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.
• Working on pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and Quality standards.
• Assisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree of engineering in Electrical Engineering.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of equipment and machine maintenance experience.
• Have previous experience in MTTR &MTBF.
• Maintenance experience on Mazak CNC machines.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Mazak CNC machines.
• Ability to troubleshoot various servo controllers, PLC programs.
• Knowledge on Delta Tau, Mitsubishi & Fanuc controllers.
• Knowledge on Hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics.
