Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable

Pool Maintenance Technician

to handle the operation, cleaning, maintenance, and repair of swimming pools, water features, and associated equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all pool systems operate efficiently, meet hygiene and safety standards, and provide guests or residents with a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

daily inspection, cleaning, and maintenance

of swimming pools, jacuzzi, water fountains, and related systems. Check and maintain

water quality parameters

(pH, chlorine, alkalinity, calcium hardness, etc.) in compliance with health and safety standards. Operate and maintain

filtration systems, pumps, heaters, dosing systems, and control panels

. Carry out

routine preventive maintenance

and troubleshoot faults in pool mechanical and electrical equipment. Ensure timely

backwashing, chemical dosing, and filter cleaning

. Identify leaks, plumbing issues, and mechanical failures, and perform or report necessary repairs. Maintain accurate

records of maintenance activities, chemical usage, and water test results

. Monitor inventory of pool chemicals, tools, and spare parts; request replenishment as needed. Ensure compliance with all

safety procedures and environmental regulations

related to chemical handling and pool operations. Assist with maintenance of pool surroundings, including tiles, lighting, drainage, and safety signage. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls or system alarms.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma, technical certificate, or vocational training in

Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing maintenance

. Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in pool or water feature maintenance. Good knowledge of

pool filtration, circulation, and chemical treatment systems

. Understanding of

water chemistry

and ability to test and balance water conditions. Basic troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical components. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions. Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills.
