OB PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITY:

looking for a skilled and passionate engineer to join our team in our manufacturing facility in Al Ain City, as on-site Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to execute maintenance on static equipment, rotary equipment, piping, structures, and any other mechanical related assets:

The Engineer will be responsible to:

Install, test, and maintain the Mechanical parts of the machines and equipments. Design and troubleshoot hardware necessary for control Production. Component and system troubleshooting and repair of the Mechanical and control systems. Schedule, implement and Perform preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance, and testing of all Plant machines. List and update the details of Machineries and equipment. Maintain register to know the preventative and breakdown status of the machines. Organize, maintain and repair of all the equipment's in case of breakdowns. Keep the required spares and tools for maintenance activities. Calibrate components and instruments according to manufacturers' specifications. Provide innovative solutions for mechanical and controls component breakdowns. Plant handlining, problem rectified mechanicals & pneumatic, hydraulic system. Troubleshooting electrical problem, extruder, local purchasing.
Strong skills in:

Hands-on experience in an industrial setting. Detail oriented with excellent verbal and reporting communication abilities Product and system troubleshooting Mechanical, electrical and controls experience.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

Hands-on experience from product development through implementation. Experience in fast paced mechanical machines automation. Experience in performing modification, repair, installation, maintenance, improvement and troubleshooting of various types of industrial equipment and associated with mechanical, electrical and electronic controls. Mechanical, electrical and controls: 2 years (Preferred) Calibration of components and instruments: 2 years (Preferred) Utilize PLCs for integration of manufacturing systems: 2 years (Preferred) troubleshoot of industrial electrical equipment & controls: 4 years (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, or a related degree. Minimum 4 Years of work experience in maintenance and controls implementation.
Salary Package including all the following:

Medical health insurance, UAE residency visa, MOHRE labor contract, Abu Dhabi labor card, work permit, Paid annual leave. Salary: 1500-2000 Dhs. On-site Shared Accommodation.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
