Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of all machinery and utilities (mixers, ovens, conveyors, packaging machines, compressors, chillers, etc.). Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in production and utility equipment. Conduct routine inspections and identify potential failures or worn-out parts. Ensure timely calibration and servicing of food manufacturing equipment to meet quality and safety standards. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation. Support equipment installation and commissioning of new machinery. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve machinery-related issues. Ensure all repairs and maintenance comply with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment efficiency and reliability. Maintain tools, workshop equipment, and spare parts inventory. Adhere to GMP, HACCP, ISO, and factory safety standards at all times.

Key Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within a

food manufacturing or FMCG industry

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
