Job Description
Requirement
Oversee daily maintenance operations of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
Plan and manage renovation and upgrade projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for project execution.
Schedule and supervise routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
Maintain maintenance logs, project records.
Prepare budgets and track expenses related to maintenance and projects.
Good communication and negotiating skills.
Understanding of drawings and layouts with the actual site.
Able to multitask and work under pressure.
UAE Driving license
Experience
oMinimum 2-3 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or project management.
oProven experience handling renovation projects and managing teams.
oExperience in vendor negotiations, budgeting, and timeline control.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Experience:
MEP: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
* UAE Driving License (Required)
