Job Description
We are looking for a thorough
Electrical Plumber Technician
to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises.Responsibilities:
Install & Repair Electrical Systems:
Set up and fix electrical wiring, lights, and outlets that are part of plumbing systems (e.g., water pumps, water heaters).Install & Repair Plumbing Systems:
Install pipes and fixtures for water and drainage, and fix any plumbing issues like leaks or clogs.Work on Combined Systems:
Maintain systems where plumbing and electrical work together (like electrically controlled water heaters or pumps).Follow Safety and Codes:
Ensure all work meets safety standards and local building codes for both plumbing and electrical work.Communicate with Customers:
Diagnose problems, explain solutions, and offer advice on how to keep systems in good shape.Teamwork:
Work with other technicians and contractors to make sure everything is installed and working properly.Skills & Requirements Needed:
Knowledge of both electrical and plumbing systems. Ability to solve problems and make repairs. Knowledge of safety rules and building codes. Physical ability to handle tools and work in tight spaces. With almost 5 years of experience professionally
