We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs in a variety of areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to assess maintenance needs. Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas. Keep an accurate inventory of tools, materials, and supplies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Assist with the installation of new equipment and appliances.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus. Proven experience in maintenance or a related field. Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
