Housekeeping Responsibilities: Cleaner/Housekeeping Duties: may include but are not limited to - vacuuming floors and furnishings, mopping hard surface floors, cleaning, dusting and polishing furniture, cleaning walls and windows, cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen and bathroom, emptying and sanitizing wastebaskets, cleaning ashtrays outside, washing laundry, organizing linens and laundry room. Bedding: Make beds and set towels. Strip beds and gather all laundry for delivery to laundry service. Prep and deliver linen bags with clean linens to apartments and villas. Tools: Maintain vacuums, cleaning caddies, and supplies used to perform the job. Record supply inventory at home as directed by Operations Manager. Inform supervisor when cleaning or house supplies are low. Inform designated Operations Manager when housekeeping supplies are low. Additional Jobs: Perform other job duties including but not limited to grounds and hot tub maintenance or other property management functions as needed and requested by Head of Operations Manager. Dust, vacuum, and clean office. Maintenance Responsibilities: Knowledge and abilities about Painting / Plumbing / Ac work and any other general maintenance jobs Handling home (apartments/villas) repairs and maintenance Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Performing preventative maintenance. Diagnosing technical/mechanical issues and correcting them. Qualifications: Proven cleaner/housekeeper/maintenance experience. Valid UAE driving Licenses would be ideal. Skilled in the use of cleaning and maintenance tools. Attested School Certificates preferable. Professional presentation and positive attitude. Ability to maintain focus while working individually. Strong time management skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
