Maintenance Team Leader

to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of all equipment and systems in our facility. As the Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring equipment uptime, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring the safety and performance of all machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and train a team of maintenance technicians. Plan and schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency fixes. Ensure all equipment and machinery are functioning at optimal levels to minimize downtime. Manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure they are completed on time. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently. Oversee and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards. Coordinate with other departments to align maintenance activities with production needs. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory. Assist with budget planning and cost control for maintenance operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in maintenance leadership or supervisory roles. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high standards. Knowledge of safety standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred (e.g., HVAC, electrical, or mechanical certifications). Valid UAE Driving License is a Must
