We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced

Maintenance Team Leader

to oversee and manage our maintenance teams across various client sites.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of technicians to perform maintenance tasks efficiently and professionally. This role requires hands-on expertise in

AC systems

,

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)

work, and general building maintenance. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both

residential

and

commercial properties

and will ensure all maintenance activities are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the daily operations of the maintenance team across multiple sites. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various types of

AC units (Split, Ducted, Package, VRF, etc.)

. Oversee and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on

MEP systems

. Allocate tasks to team members and monitor their performance to ensure timely completion. Inspect completed work for compliance with company standards and client requirements. Ensure maintenance is performed in line with health & safety standards and local regulations. Liaise with clients to understand their maintenance needs and provide technical solutions. Report to management on team performance, work progress, and material/equipment needs. Train junior technicians and promote skill development within the team. Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, maintenance records, and team schedules.

Requirements:

Minimum

7 years of experience

in building maintenance, with at least

3 years in a supervisory/team leader role

. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in

AC systems, MEP works, and general maintenance

. Strong understanding of HVAC systems including troubleshooting and repair. Previous experience with

residential villas, commercial buildings

, and mixed-use properties. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Proficient in using tools and equipment related to maintenance work. Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai. UAE Driving License is a strong advantage.
