Maintenance Team Leader
Job Description
To follow up and review all planning and summary schedules, repairs completion at minimum cost and ensuring proper maintenance quality.
Performs maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules.
Manages maintenance personnel by setting direction and priorities.
Participates with the maintenance team in the process, plant and equipment on maintenance and troubleshooting as required.
Liaises with Operation Team Leaders to ensure smooth implementation of repair and maintenance as required
Carries out any other duties related to his area of expertise as assigned by the O&M Manager
Ensure to follow and comply on all HSE related Responsibility, Accountability and Authority.
B.Sc. in related Engineering discipline.
. Mini 10 years' experience in the operation and maintenance of large scale STW.
