Maintenance Supervisor With Maintenance Experience
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance In-Charge to manage maintenance operations for a high-rise building, preferably with hospitality (hotel / serviced apartment) experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall maintenance of Civil & MEP systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting).
Supervise maintenance technicians and subcontractors.
Ensure smooth operation of building services with minimal downtime.
Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Handle tenant/guest maintenance complaints efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local authority regulations.
Prepare maintenance reports and records.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in high-rise buildings.
Hospitality experience (hotel, serviced apartments, mixed-use towers) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facilities management.
Good leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in UAE / GCC will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
