Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
The Finders Group LLC is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's team within the Facilities Management industry in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance operations, ensure compliance with safety and performance standards, and lead a team of skilled technicians to maintain all mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance operations across multiple facilities and properties.
Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance plans, and emergency repairs.
Oversee a team of technicians to ensure timely and quality execution of all assigned tasks.
Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues related to MEP and HVAC systems.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment logs, and service reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the Facilities Management sector.
Strong background and hands-on knowledge in MEP and HVAC systems.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
Diploma or Degree in a related engineering field is preferred.
