Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
:Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all equipment and systems within the facility. Schedule and organize periodic maintenance plans to ensure uninterrupted operations. Monitor technicians' performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures. Inspect faults, determine root causes, and guide the technical team to implement necessary repairs. Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks. Submit regular reports to management on equipment status and maintenance costs. Ensure availability of spare parts and required materials for maintenance work. Train and enhance the skills of the technical team. Adhere to and enforce occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance. Solid knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and practices. Ability to read technical drawings and accurately diagnose malfunctions. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
