Maintenance Supervisor (temporary 2 Months Contract)
Job Description
Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
Site visits and inspection as and when needed.
Coordinate with customers and ensure the requirements are communicated to the maintenance team.
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Maintenance Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)
MEP and AC maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Engineering License (Preferred)
UAE driving license (Mandatory)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
