We are looking for an experienced

Maintenance Supervisor

to oversee the maintenance and repair activities of our

plant, machinery, and vehicles

. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth operation of all equipment to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for plant equipment, heavy machinery, and company vehicles. Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and reduce breakdowns. Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Maintain records of maintenance work, spare parts, and equipment history. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, spare parts, and equipment servicing. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and quality standards. Lead and guide the maintenance team to achieve operational goals. Report to Management on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance supervision of plant & machinery, and vehicles. Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience with heavy equipment, industrial machinery, and fleet vehicles. Good communication, planning, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
