Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for Maintenance Supervisor to fill a permanent position.
Have GCC previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor
Must have Experience in Real Estates
Be able to organize and manage a team of contractors and maintenance workers
Have knowledge about full procurement process and coordinates Bills/Invoice.
Onsite job-management, being able to effectively handle communications between the contractors and laborers.
Must be able to set schedule for works and meet the timeline
Coordinating and managing ongoing repairs in buildings.
Have experience/extensive knowledge of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
The employee must be able to speak English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
