To keep the daily, weekly, monthly and annual work reports of the department, to put into place an efficient tracing system for follow up and to remind the Facilities manager of follow updates
To be thoroughly familiar with all spare-parts requirements and specifications of all equipment installed in the residential and commercial buildings.
To coordinate, issue and compile preventative maintenance schedules as per requirements and procedures
To regularly liaise with the FM Supervisor, technicians, and team members in regards to pending maintenance requests and to monitor the FM Software to ensure that reported maintenance requests which have been activated.
Create work orders for all complaints/requests received from customers.
To file and maintain all records (inward/outward)
To take notes during team/departmental meetings, prepare minutes and reports as & when requested
To have knowledge of annual maintenance contract required of the company.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Valid UAE Driving License
- Must have experience driving on
Dubai and Sharjah roads
.
Customer Service Experience
- Prior experience in customer care is highly preferred.
Communication Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Supplier Relations
- Ability to manage and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of
engineering terminology
.
Planning & Inventory
- Proven experience in
planning
and
stock/inventory management
.
