Manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure work is completed efficiently and to high standards. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities. Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks accordingly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance activities. Qualifications/Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office suite. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the construction or industrial sector. Working Environments: Varied environments including construction sites, industrial facilities, and office settings. May require working outdoors and in potentially hazardous conditions.
