Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Maintenance Supervisor

to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations, leadership skills, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure effective and timely completion of all maintenance tasks. Perform regular inspections of the property to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance procedures. Manage and prioritize repairs for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Ensure that all equipment, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems are operating efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with department heads to develop and execute maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Oversee the training and development of maintenance staff. Manage inventory and procurement of materials, tools, and spare parts. Assist in budgeting for maintenance (AMC) projects and repairs.

Qualifications

:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, with a background in hospitality or a similar industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
