Key Responsibilities:
Supervise preventive and routine maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and building systems
Assign and monitor daily tasks of maintenance technicians
Handle troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency maintenance issues
Ensure common areas and facilities are well maintained
Monitor fire alarms, safety systems, and compliance with UAE regulations
Coordinate with management, contractors, and service providers
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and inventory
Ensure safety standards and quality of work are followed
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years UAE experience
as Maintenance Supervisor
Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems
Valid
UAE driving license (mandatory)
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle emergencies and multiple tasks
