FirstPoint Group is looking to hire an experienced
Maintenance Supervisor
to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can manage teams, ensure quality execution, and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage maintenance teams across multiple sites
Plan, schedule, and monitor daily maintenance activities
Ensure timely completion of jobs in line with company standards
Coordinate with clients, property managers, and internal departments
Inspect completed work and ensure quality and safety compliance
Handle emergency maintenance issues and escalations
Prepare reports on daily activities, manpower utilization, and performance
Support budgeting, cost control, and material planning
Requirements
Minimum
4 years of experience
as a
Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Manager
Strong technical knowledge of
MEP, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and civil maintenance
Proven experience managing technicians and subcontractors
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills
UAE experience is preferred
