Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized
Maintenance Supervisor
to oversee daily maintenance operations across our branches. The ideal candidate will handle field visits, coordinate with technicians, ensure timely repairs, and maintain smooth facility operations. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can work independently, solve problems quickly, and manage multiple locations.Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities across all branches. Guide technicians on repairs, preventive maintenance, and general facility upkeep. Conduct routine site visits to ensure all stores and equipment are functioning properly. Respond to maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. Monitor safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards. Maintain maintenance logs, reporting, and scheduling. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for repairs and services.
Requirements
Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and general facility systems. Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Must be available to join immediately.
Ability to travel to different branches as required.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
