Overview

We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of maintenance staff, conducting inspections, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians and other staff. Schedule and assign tasks to maintenance personnel. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues. Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prolong equipment life. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory. Procure necessary supplies and equipment for maintenance projects. Train and develop maintenance staff to improve skills and performance. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks. Monitor and control maintenance expenses within budgetary constraints. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Certification in maintenance management or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision in UAE Experience in managing multiple locations Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
