Our client, a leading distributor of building materials in the United Arab Emirates. is looking for an experienced
Maintenance Supervisor
to oversee daily maintenance operations across their facilities. The successful candidate will ensure all systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and safely, while supervising a team of technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and subcontractors.
Plan, assign, and monitor maintenance and repair work.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues.
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (preferred).
Previous experience in the UAE is an advantage.
