Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and helpers across different sites. Plan and oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor their performance. Drive to multiple locations/sites to conduct inspections and provide on-site support. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance issues (MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil works). Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, materials, and equipment usage. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines. Support the Facility/Operations Manager in preparing reports, estimates, and procurement requests. Act as a point of contact between management, technicians, and clients regarding maintenance matters.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Technician in facilities management or building maintenance. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, civil works, and general maintenance. Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians. Valid UAE
Manual Driving License
(required to travel between sites). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Basic computer skills for reporting and record keeping.Job Type: Full-time
