We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Maintenance Supervisor

to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in building systems and maintenance practices, and a

valid UAE driving license

to travel between sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff and subcontractors. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues. Ensure that maintenance tasks (preventive and corrective) are carried out on time and to required standards. Prepare maintenance schedules and assign tasks accordingly. Monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and supplies; coordinate procurement when necessary. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Respond to emergency maintenance calls and provide hands-on assistance when required. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and reports. Liaise with management, tenants, or clients regarding maintenance issues and resolutions. Provide training and support to maintenance staff to improve skills and efficiency. Drive to multiple sites when required to oversee work and manage urgent tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role (minimum 3-5 years). Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems. Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours if needed.

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software is an advantage. Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and local authority procedures.
