MAINTENANCE SUPERVIOUSOR JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.

Carry out inspections and report on the facilities to identify and resolve issues.

Check the (MEP) electrical and equipment systems of buildings to ensure functionality.

Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.

Allocate and distribute workload and supervise maintenance staff.

Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. / parts items

Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.

Manage relationships with contractors, sub-contractors, and service providers to ensure the outcomes.

Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

Ensure health and safety policies are complied with all the time as per authority.

Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.

Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities for machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and building infrastructure and schedule timetable and team.

Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with local and federal regulations.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.

Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to operations.

Develop and manage maintenance budgets and cost-saving initiatives.

Order and manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.

Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades or renovations.

Conduct regular inspections to identify issues of building/property and improve safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
