Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities across various mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. This role will involve coordinating with technical teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimising equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and a track record of implementing maintenance best practices to minimise downtime and maximise asset performance.




Key Responsibilities


Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities for all equipment and facilities.


Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.


Coordinate with engineering teams and contractors to ensure timely repairs.


Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvements.


Ensure maintenance work complies with safety and quality standards.


Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes.


Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.


Support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues.


Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve skill levels.


Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for asset management.




Qualifications & Experience


Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.


Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance supervision within industrial facilities.


Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and reliability practices.


Proficiency in maintenance management systems and reporting tools.


Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.


Strong leadership and people management abilities.


Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.


Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
