Job Description

Job Summary: The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance and repair activities related to the company's real estate properties. This role ensures that the buildings and facilities under management are maintained in optimal working condition by coordinating maintenance services, handling requests, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance Management: - Coordinate and oversee the daily maintenance activities across various properties. - Ensure that all facilities are in good working order and has to guide the maintenance supervisors. - Develop and implement a routine preventive maintenance schedule for all properties. - Act as the point of contact for all maintenance-related issues, resolving problems promptly. 2. Tenant Requests and Work Orders: - Receive and process maintenance requests from tenants, property managers, and building occupants. - Prioritize and track work orders to ensure timely and efficient completion. - Ensure tenants are kept informed about the status of their requests and resolve issues professionally. - Escalate urgent or complex issues to senior management or relevant departments as needed. 3. Vendor and Contractor Coordination: - Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for routine and emergency maintenance services. - Obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and select contractors for specific maintenance tasks. - Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring that services are delivered as per agreed standards and timelines. - Ensure that contractors follow all safety regulations and company protocols while working on-site. 4. Inventory Management: - Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment. - Order and manage stock levels to ensure all required materials are available for planned and emergency repairs. - Ensure the proper storage and maintenance of all maintenance-related equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
