Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely response to technical issues.
Conduct routine inspections of Labour Accommodations to identify, document, and resolve maintenance concerns.
Oversee the execution of Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules to minimize breakdowns and prolong asset life.
Manage emergency repairs efficiently to minimize tenant inconvenience.
Collaborate with the Camp Boss to address maintenance requests and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Source and coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, including proper handling of equipment and chemicals.
Train and mentor the maintenance team to enhance performance and technical knowledge.
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new maintenance staff.
