Responsibilities:Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to review and provide feedback for new fleet manufacturing and commissioningCompliant with Maintenance Business system and usages, both internal Client and 3rd party Maintenance ProvidersContract Holder for 3rd party Maintenance Providers, managing minimum Quarterly Service Quality Meeting with providers for Continuous ImprovementDevelop maintenance procedures and ensure implementationEnsure SOP are followed by the team and 3rd party suppliers, highlight required update if necessaryCoordinate, schedule, and audit fleet and equipment maintenance repairs to include preventative, mechanical and electrical repair to tractors, trucks and trailers, loading skidsReducing fleet-related expenses to increase revenueMonitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessaryMonitor expenses and control the budget for maintenanceManage relationships with contractors and service providers including periodic Service Quality MeetingProvide Data analysis and reportingContinuous improvement of Maintenance System by collaborating with Product Technology team, improve usages by training and monitoring 3rd party maintenance providers/suppliers as End UsersRequired SkillsExcellent communication skills, a deep understanding of vehicle and equipment maintenance, compliance with government regulations, and data analysis skills.Minimum of bachelor's degree in engineering or science - e.g. Mechanical or Mechatronic EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience as Maintenance TechniciansMinimum 3 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor, with previous managerial experience is advantageValid UAE driving license, preferably Heavy-Duty Driving LicenseExcellent written and verbal communication with English. Other languages like Arabic and Hindi also an added advantageIn depth knowledge of the logistical systems and the supply chainHigh level of personal presentationStrong analytics and Root Cause Failure AnalysisA good understanding of budgets and maintenance expensesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAdherence to strict deadlinesHardworking, displaying the flexibility with working hours to get the job done to the highest level
