Handle all tenant maintenance requests and complaints. Manage and schedule maintenance team activities. Ensure timely response and quality control. Organize transport logistics for maintenance staff. Prioritize tasks and oversee daily operations. Provide regular maintenance reports.
Requirements:
Proven maintenance experience (preferably in Sharjah). Valid UAE driver's license. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
