Job Description
We are seeking a reliable
Maintenance Supervisor
for a hospitality property (hotel/resort) to oversee daily maintenance operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience inhotel facility systems
, can readMEP blueprints
, and ensures all areas meet safety and guest service standards.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance team and contractors Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Read and interpret MEP blueprints Respond promptly to guest-related maintenance requests Ensure hotel facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards
Require:
Experience in hotel or hospitality maintenance Strong technical knowledge (MEP systems) Able to read blueprints and schematics Valid UAE Driver's License Prefer Excellent leadership and communication skills Candidate must be in UAE and available for F2F interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
