Job Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced
Maintenance Supervisor
to lead and manage property maintenance activities across multiple residential buildings in Ajman, Sharjah, and Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing residential properties and leading a maintenance team to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Handle all maintenance requests and tenant complaints. Manage maintenance team and daily schedules. Ensure timely, high-quality work and task prioritization. Arrange transport logistics for staff. Submit regular maintenance reports.
Requirements:
Valid UAE driver's license. Experience managing residential buildings, preferably in Sharjah. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
