Position Summary:

The

Maintenance Supervisor

is responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance and repair of technical tools and equipment. The role includes managing technicians, scheduling maintenance tasks, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, and ensuring safety and operational standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities Assign tasks and provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution Inspect equipment and systems to identify necessary repairs or preventive maintenance Maintain maintenance logs and records Order tools, parts, and materials as needed Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules Report to senior management on equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance needs

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Maintenance Technician Strong technical background in industrial tools/equipment maintenance Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Ability to read technical manuals and schematics Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and inventory systems Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
