Job Summary:

Durrani Holiday Homes is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and repair operations across our holiday home properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong leadership abilities to manage internal technicians and coordinate with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and cleaners. Conduct regular inspections of all properties to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Perform or coordinate routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and general upkeep (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, etc.). Schedule preventive maintenance and ensure minimal downtime for any repair work. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and management. Keep records of maintenance tasks, costs, and supplies used. Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment and place orders when necessary. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Provide reports and updates to management on maintenance status.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role. Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical). Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documents. Good leadership and communication skills. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
