Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Doha, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our restaurant facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quick service restaurants (QSR) or F&B operations, with hands-on expertise in maintaining kitchen equipment, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Responsibilities:
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Ensure smooth operation of kitchen, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and servicing.
Maintain records, schedules, and spare parts inventory.
Lead and guide maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in a supervisory maintenance role (QSR/F&B preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of kitchen equipment and facility systems.
Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Good communication in English.
A valid Qatar Driving License is a must.
